Rewa Singh (Tabu) and Sia Sheth (Sushmita Sen) are inseparable but very different when it comes to marriage and commitment. Sia’s boyfriend Sahil (Palash Sen) has proposed to her three times and she always turns him down. Rewa meets Dhruv (Sanjay Suri) and marries him. She is unable to have children. Sia wants to be a surrogate mother but Sahil disapproves. Things come to a head when Rewa declares that she does not want the baby.
