Submit a film

This is your chance to get your film into the London Asian Film Festival and be part of the vibrant programme! Our only critieria for consideration is that your film have a connection or link to South Asia.

You can send us your film:

  • to be shown as a Feature Film ( Films must be in English or with English subtitles. The film needs to be sent in DVD format with a brief synopsis of the film to the address given in the contact us page which can be found here);
  • for the Short Film Competition (the competition is open to anyone above 16. Films can be any genre including narratives, animations, music videos, documentaries among others. It must be 10 minutes or less, in English or with English subtitles and submitted with a brief synopsis of the film. The film needs to be sent in DVD format);
  • to be screened as a Documentary (Films must be in English or with English subtitles. The film needs to be sent in DVD format with a brief synopsis of the film to the address given in the contact us page which can be found here).

To submit your film, do the following:

  • Send us a screener of your film, along with an information pack which should include a short synopsis of the film, your contact details, the running time and language of the film.
  • You can send this to Tongues on Fire, Westbury House, 23-25 Bridge Street, Pinner, HA5 3HR.

Please include all the required information and we will be in contact with you as soon as we receive the film. It would be helpful if you email us of your intention to send in a film.
