A small-time thief makes the robbery of a lifetime when he accidentally breaks into the house of the newly appointed Police Inspector. And so begins this game of cat and mouse with the Police trying to recover the stolen goods to save the face of their department and the community of thieves uniting to save one of theirs. The chaos and confusion that ensues is - KAMTHAAN.
